Is my data safe and private?
Yes. Pigion processes your email fully automatically to draft replies for you; no Pigion employee can read along, and your data is strictly separated from that of other users. Our security is enterprise-grade: your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored and processed in data centers within the European Union, and we're working toward ISO 27001 certification. Your emails are never used to train external AI models, and we've locked this down contractually with all of our vendors. We comply with the GDPR, undergo regular external audits, and follow a fixed protocol in the unlikely event something goes wrong.
Will Pigion send emails without me?
Not unless you tell it to. Pigion writes your replies as drafts in your own mailbox. You read them, adjust where needed and send them yourself. The final say always stays with you.
What if I want to stop?
You can cancel anytime through the app, effective at the end of your current billing period. After that, you have a window to export your data. Then we delete everything, your emails and your meeting transcripts included. A written confirmation of deletion is available on request.
